Global Business Centre ("GBC", "we", "us") runs serviced and furnished business centres in Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, fill in one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), visit our website or message us, and how we use and protect it. We handle personal data in line with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number (including WhatsApp), and email address.
• Business details: your company activity, whether your company has a Qatar commercial registration (CR), team size, and when you want to move in.
• Messages: what you write to us by WhatsApp, phone, email, Facebook or Instagram.
• Contract details (tenants only): the documents and information needed to prepare a lease, such as company documents and the ID of the authorised signatory.

When you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may pre-fill some fields from your profile. You can edit them before you submit. Meta's own use of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send you available offices, prices and photos.
• To arrange and confirm a viewing.
• To prepare proposals, lease contracts and invoices if you become a tenant.
• To tell you about offers from GBC. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations in Qatar.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for any purpose that is unrelated to your enquiry or your tenancy.

3. Who we share it with

Your information is seen only by the GBC leasing and administration team. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run our business (for example email, messaging and document storage), who may use it only to provide that service to us;
• with government authorities in Qatar when the law requires it, for example for lease registration or licensing;
• with your consent.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on your request. We keep tenant and contract records for as long as Qatari law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

5. How we protect it

We store your information in password-protected systems that only authorised staff can access, and we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• see the personal information we hold about you;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop sending you offers.

To do this, contact us using the details below. We reply within 30 days.
